The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened session
with Director Adcock presiding. City Clerk Susan Langley called the roll with the
following Directors present: Hendrix; Hurst (enrolled at 4:10 PM); Hines; Wyrick;
Fortson; and Adcock. Directors Absent: Richardson; Cazort; Wright; Vice Mayor
Kumpuris; and Mayor Stodola.
ITEMS:
1. 2011 Legislative Agenda
City Attorney Tom Carpenter stated that the purpose of the Reconvened Meeting was to
discuss a possible statutory amendment to deal with the issue of Boards and
Commissions; however, due to the lack of a quorum, it would be more appropriate to
discuss the information at the next Board Meeting.
Director Fortson made the motion, seconded by Director Hines, to adjourn the
reconvened meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the
reconvened meeting was adjourned.
