The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened session
with Mayor Stodola presiding. Susan Langley, Acting City Clerk, called the roll with the
following Directors present: Hendricks; Richardson; Hurst; Cazort; Keck; Wright;
Wyrick; Kumpuris; Adcock; Vice Mayor Fortson; and Mayor Stodola.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Evaluation of the City Attorney.
Director Cazort made the motion, seconded by Director Keck, that the Board move into
Executive Session for the purpose of evaluating the City Attorney. By unanimous voice
vote of the Board Members present, the motion passed.
Mayor Stodola stated that at this time the Board would be taking no action on the
personnel matter.
Director Keck made motion, seconded by Director Richardson, to adjourn the meeting.
By unanimous voice vote of Board Members present, the meeting was adjourned
