4 CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or re- appointed to the Arkansas Arts
9 Center Board of Trustees:

I 1 Charlotte Bradbury, appointed to serve her first four -year term, to expire on June 30, 2013.
12 John Fletcher, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Francis Frantz, to expire on June 30,
13 2010.
14 John Meyer, appointed to serve his first four -year term, to expire on June 30, 2013.
15 Maria Johnson Norris, appointed to serve her first four -year term, to expire on June 30, 2013.
16 Terri Snowden, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Hugh McDonald, to expire on June 30,

18 Dr. Ricardo Sotomora, appointed to serve his first four -year term, to expire on June 30, 2013.
