Little Rock Board of Directors Reconvened Meeting
January 13, 2009
4:00 P.M.
The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened session
with Mayor Stodola presiding. City Clerk Nancy Wood called the roll with the following
Directors present: Hendricks; Cazort; Keck; Wright; Wyrick; Kumpuris; Fortson;
Adcock; and Hurst. Director Richardson was absent at roll call, and was not present for
the vote.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Item 1):
1. Appointment of the Little Rock Board of Directors to City of Little Rock Board and
Commissions.
Mayor Stodola asked for this item to be deferred until January 27, 2009. The motion was
made by Director Cazort, seconded by Director Kumpuris, to defer Item 1 until January
27, 2009. By unanimous voice vote the Board Members present. the item was deferred.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Fortson, seconded by Director Adcock, to adjourn
the meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was
adjourned.
