RESOLUTION NO. 12,992
A RESOLUTION TO CONFIRM THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER THAT MR. JAY
HARTMAN BE REAPPOINTED TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the term of Mr. Jay Hartman, a member of the Board of Commissioners of Central
Arkansas Water ( "CAW Board "), expired on June 30, 2009; and
WHEREAS, by law it is the duty of the remaining commissioners to nominate and appoint a
commissioner when a vacancy occurs on the CAW Board, subject to confirmation by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the City Council of the City of North Little Rock,
Arkansas; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock hereby confirms the recommendation by
the CAW Board that Mr. Jay Hartman be re- appointed to a seven -year term as a Commissioner on the
Board, and that his term of office shall be through June 30, 2016.
