A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING
CONTRACT WITH PBS&J, INC. FOR ENGINEERING
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
UNIVERSITY AVE. (19TH TO PARK PLAZA DR.)
AHTD JOB NO. 060917 FAP NO. STPU- 9252(28)
WHEREAS, Delays in the completion of utility relocation work will cause the
construction contract time to be exceeded for the University Ave. (19th to Park
Plaza Dr.) project,
AND, therefore the engineering services contract with PBSE0, Inc. during
construction will also need to be extended and the contract ceiling price
increased,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve a modification
to the engineering contract agreement with PBSE0, Inc. for an extension to
engineering services during construction improvements, and
SECTION 2. The contract ceiling price is to be increased by $113,516.33.
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
