A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON OCTOBER 7, 2008, TO CONSIDER AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City ") and Sage V Foods, LLC, a
California limited liability company (the "Company "), have heretofore entered into a Memorandum
of Intent dated as of July 15, 2008, providing for the issuance of revenue bonds for the purpose of
assisting the Company in acquiring, constructing and equipping an industrial project in the Little
Rock Port Industrial Park (the "Project "); and
WHEREAS, the Company has requested that the City initiate proceedings for the issuance of
such bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on October 7, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. to consider an
ordinance authorizing one or more series of industrial development revenue bonds for the purpose of
financing the Project.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the publication of a
notice of public hearing pursuant to and in accordance with applicable provisions of Arkansas law.
