RESOLUTION NO. 12,752
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND THE
CONTRACT WITH HRG TECHNOLOGY GROUP TO INTEGRATE BUILDING PERMIT
LEGACY DATA INTO THE NEW BUILDING PERMIT SOFTWARE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12,600 (November 20, 2007) authorized a contract between the City of
Little Rock and HRG Technology Group in the amount of $322,840.00, to provide residential code
enforcement and building permit software, and
WHEREAS, integration of the old building permit data into the new building permit software will be
more efficient than operating and supporting two software systems;
WHEREAS, HRG has proposed to integrate building permit legacy data into the new software
program for the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Sectionl. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to extend the contract with
HRG Technology Group to integrate building permit legacy data into the new building permit software
for the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00);
Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account No. 210339 5000480.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain
in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not
originally a part of the resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
