12738RESOLUTION NO. 12,738 A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND THE LITTLE ROCK ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The following named person(s) are herby appointed, reappointed, or reinstated as members of the following Boards and Commissions: ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER Elgin R. Clemmons, Jr., appointed to a full three -year term (first); said term expiring on June 30, 2012. Janie Boyce, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Frank Sherrill, said term expiring on June 30, 2011.
