A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT TWO COMMISSIONERS FOR TWIN LAKES
RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 1; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Commissioner Sheila Dean has resigned; and
WHEREAS, prior to her resignation, Commissioner Dean and Commissioner Carl Williams
recommended two property owners of the District, David Phillips and Shirley Bell, to fill commissioner
positions for the District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. David Phillips and Ms. Shirley Bell have agreed to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: Mr. David Phillips and Ms. Shirley Bell are hereby appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of Twin Lakes Area Improvement District No. 1 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
