A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER, THE ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF
DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person(s) are herby appointed, reappointed, or reinstated as members
of the following Boards and Commissions:
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER
Mr. Rush Harding, reappointed to a full three -year term (first); said term expiring on June 30,
2012.
Mrs. Robert L. Shults (Belinda), reappointed to serve a full three -year term (second), said term
expiring on June 30, 2012.
Mrs. Jay Warren (Lisa), appointed to serve a full three -year term (second), said term expiring on
June 30, 2012. .
Mr. Jay Cranford, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Mrs. Ernie Cline (Karen), said term
expiring on June 30, 2011.
Mr. Jack Grundfest, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), replacing C. Douglas Buford,
said term expiring on June 30, 2012.
Mr. Phillip Jet, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), replacing Mrs. Mark Saviers
(Vicki), said term expiring on June 30, 2012.
Mr. H. W. Wilson, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), replacing Mrs. Harold Evans
(Kim), said term expiring on June 30, 2012.
ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Holt McConnell, appointed to serve the unexpired term left vacant by the resignation of Patty
Pyle, said term expiring on December 31, 2009.
LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Jon Wickliffe, reappointed to serve a full five -year term (second), said term expiring on July 6,
2013.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
