RESOLUTION NO. 12,710
A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 1, 2008, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON WITRY COURT, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS A
PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon Witry Court, Little Rock, Arkansas, as public right -of -way, pursuant to its general
police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned street shall be held at a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
on the 1 ST day of July, 2008.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
