BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A public hearing on the question of the issuance of taxable industrial development revenue
bonds by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the purpose of financing an industrial facility shall be held
at 6:00 P.M., or as soon as the item can be dealt with on the regular agenda of the Board of Directors,
on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, during the regular meeting of the Little Rock Board of Directors in the Board
Meeting Room on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, and all
persons who wish to be heard on this issue shall be given the opportunity to comment.
