3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
4 ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH PINNACLE FORD TO PROVIDE OEM REPAIR PARTS
5 FOR FORD VEHICLES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received bids, under Bid #008009, for an APO to purchase OEM
8 repair parts for Ford vehicles for Fleet Services and the lowest responsible and responsive bid was
9 received from Pinnacle Ford, and
10 WHEREAS, the annual contract will not exceed Ninety -five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00) per year
11 and will be renewable annually for four (4) years, upon agreement of both parties.;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

Sectionl. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an annual
contract with Pinnacle Ford for the purchase of OEM repair parts for Ford vehicles, in an amount not to
exceed Ninety -five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00) per year.
Section 2. The contract will be renewable annually for four (4) years upon agreement of both
parties.
Section 3. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Fleet Services Budget Account
#600020.
Section 4. Severabil ity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain
in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the resolution.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
