AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF THE JURISDICTION AND
APPLICATION PROVISIONS OF SECTION 31 -5 OF THE
SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of the requirements within the
Section 31 -5 Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock
for St. Paul United Methodist Church, Z -6857 on the following
described property:
A tract of land lying in the NE 4 NE 14 Section 12,
T -2 -N, R -14 -W in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Start at a point which is the NE corner of the NE ;I
NE ;I of Section 12, T -2 -N, R -14 -W; thence run South
along the East line of Section 12, a distance of
567.6 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line
of Pinnacle Valley Road; thence run N79 000' West
210.0 feet to a point; thence run N77 003' West 51.0
feet to the point of beginning; thence N77 003' West
40.0 feet; thence run Northeasterly to a point which
is N00 020' East 83 feet North of the point of
beginning; thence SOO° West 83 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing approximately .038 acres.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
