AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES WITHIN
THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoned classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z -3258 described as part of the S 1/2, Section 6,
T2N, R13W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as starting at the NE
corner of Tract D, River Club Subdivision, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; thence N 40° 19 minutes 30
seconds W along the N line of said Tract D 354.2
ft. to the NW corner thereof said corner being
located on the easterly right -of -way line of Yacht
Club Drive; thence N 271 10 minutes 20 seconds E
along said easterly right -of -way 40 ft. to a
point; thence N 62° 49 minutes 40 seconds W along
the N right -of -way line of said Yacht Club Drive

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take affect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
