AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE LITTLE ROCK YACHT CLUB WITHIN
THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as
indicated:
Z -3261, described as Tract D, River Club
Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
AND
Part of the south 1 /2, Section 6, Township 2 north,
Range 13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract D,

and be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
