4 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
5 ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
6 PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
7 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR TAYLOR LOOP ROAD;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
11 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide
13 for a five -year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for
14 Norman and Johnie Oden, representing the Vaugut Re -plat at 16310 Taylor Loop Road.
15 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
16 roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be
17 deferred for a period of five years or until adjacent development occurs. The
18 specific deferral is for widening and improving Taylor Loop Road to collector
19 street standards.
20 Subsection b. A dedication of right -of -way 30 feet from centerline will be
21 required for Taylor Loop Road as well as a radial dedication at the bend in
22 Taylor Loop Road.
23 Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
24 passage.
