3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
5 MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR COLONEL GLENN
6 ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of certain
11 requirements within the Master Street Plan until the adjacent property along Colonel Glenn Road is
12 developed for Katherine and William McMurry at 13800 Colonel Glenn Road.
13 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway
14 improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of
15 five (5) years or until adjacent development along Colonel Glenn Road occurs whichever occurs
16 first. The specific deferral is for improving Colonel Glenn Road as part of Kathy's Revised
17 Long -form PCD along the frontage of the property at 13800 Colonel Glenn Road to principal
18 arterial standards including widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and street tights.

20 Subsection b. On Colonel Glenn Road, a 55 foot right of way dedication from centerline along
21 the frontage of the property at 13800 Colonel Glenn Road will be required prior to the change
22 in use for the property becoming effective.
23 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be
24 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of
25 this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
26 invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance.
27 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with
28 any provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
29 Section 4. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
