AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN (19,152) RELOCATED TO THE NORTH THE
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF ALDERSAGTE ROAD
(MSP07 -01); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to
amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The proposed extension of the Collector Aldersgate road is moved
north from its current location.
SECTION 2. The newly located Collector connection from Aldersgate Road to
Shackleford Road shall not be built as long as the land remains zoned `OS' Open Space.
This requirement shall be added to the text of the Master Street Plan within Section 4:
Special Design Standards.
SECTION 3. The Master Street Plan Map is hereby changed to reflect the
Collector relocation to the north as shown on the attached graphic.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in frill force from and
after its passage and approval.
