4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
5 MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
6 INTERSECTION OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD AND JOHN BARROW ROAD; AND
7 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of certain
requirements within the Master Street Plan until a future phase of development, or until the adjacent
property along Colonel Glenn Road is developed. The property is located on the northeast corner of
the intersection of Colonel Glenn Road and John Barrow Road.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements
to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years,
until a future phase of development, or until adjacent developments on Colonel Glenn Road
occurs, whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for constructing an 11 ft wide right turn
lane for approximately 145 ft on Colonel Glenn Road on the northeast corner of the Colonel
Glenn Road and John Barrow Road intersection.
Subsection b. On Colonel Glenn Road, a 45 foot right of way from centerline and on John
Barrow Road a 35 ft right of way from centerline will be dedicated to the City of Little Rock
prior to approval of the final plat.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of
this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance.
Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with
any provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
