A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS,
REAPPOINTMENTS, AND REINSTATEMENTS TO
VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed as
members of the following Boards and /or Commissions:
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION
Jim Dailey, appointed to serve a full five -year term (first), replacing Larry Lichty, said
term expiring on December 31, 2012.
LITTLE ROCK CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Walter Jennings, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Jan Bartlett Hicks,
said term expiring on October 19, 2008.
Kay Tatum, appointed to serve a three -year term (first), replacing MaryJane Rebick, said
term expiring on October 19, 2010.
MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION
John R. Tatum, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by the death of Wassell
Turner, said term expiring on February 21, 2010.
MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTIRCT NO 1 ADVISORY BOARD
Elizabeth Donovan, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Alicia Cooper, said
term expiring on March 31, 2010.
Brock Martin, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Scott Mosely, said term
expiring on March 31, 2009.

Jerry R. Briggs, appointed to serve a three -year term (first), replacing Sandy Jones, said
term expiring on June 1, 2010.
Jeanne Kumpuris Spencer, appointed to serve a three -year term (first), replacing Ivory
Roper, said term expiring on June 1, 2010.
LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
Cindy Miller, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Debbie Schock, said
term expiring on August 1, 2011.
LITTLE ROCK SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Stephen M. Michell, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by the attendance
termination of Rhonda Michelle Smith, said term expiring on January 5, 2009.
Nancy Rousseau, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by the resignation of
Rafael Bravo, said term expiring on January 5, 2012.
LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Lee Charles Johnson, reinstated to complete his current term, said term expiring on
February 16, 2010.
Robert D. Wright, III, reinstated to complete his current term, said term expiring on
February 16, 2008.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
