3 A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 123 TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS FOR GREATER
4 LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC (GLRTS) FOR THE PERIOD
5 FROM JANUARY 1, 2008, TO DECEMBER 31, 2008; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC. has properly applied for renewal of
9 123 taxicab operator permits for the year 2007, and has established that it is properly insured and in
10 compliance with the City Transportation Code,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
12 ROCK, ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal of 123 taxicab operator permits for the period from
14 January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2008.
15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to
16 be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions
17 of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
18 invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this resolution.
19 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict
20 with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
