A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WARD'S ASBESTOS
REMOVAL, INC. FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND
DEMOLITION OF SEVEN (7) RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Ward's Asbestos Removal, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $36,380.00 for asbestos abatement, demolition and
removal of seven (7)) condemned residential properties located within the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project would be charged to 108359-63390 -
SOOT372.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
