ORDINANCE NO. 19,826
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PROVIDE FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET
PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR ST. MICHAEL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH AT
12415 CANTRELL ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for five (5) years, until a future phase of
development, or until adjacent property develops along Cantrell Road, whichever occurs first.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct sidewalks to the
requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years, until a
future phase of development, or until adjacent development along Cantrell Road occurs,
whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for construction of approximately 300 feet of
16 sidewalk as required by the Master Street Plan at 12415 Cantrell Road.
17 Subsection b. A 55 -foot right of way from centerline will be dedicated along Cantrell Road
18 to the City of Little Rock prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy for the phase
19 currently proposed for construction.

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, phrase or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force
and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part
of the ordinance.
Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
