A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS,
REAPPOINTMENTS, AND REINSTATEMENTS TO
VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed as
members of the following Boards and /or Commissions:
CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Todd Hart, reappointed to serve a second four -year term, said term expiring on August
26, 2011.
Allie E. Freeman, III, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Darren Peters,
said term expiring on August 26, 2010.
J.L. "Jim" Gilbert, appointed to serve a four -year term (first), said term expiring on
August 26, 2011.
LITTLE ROCK CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Jennie Cole, appointed to serve a three -year term (first), replacing Anne Ivey, said term
beginning on October 19, 2007 and expiring on October 19, 2010.
LITTLE ROCK CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
Debby A. Linton, appointed to serve a six -year term (first), replacing Hugh Williams,
said term expiring on April 1, 2013.
LITTLE ROCK HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Gregory L. Vardaman, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Delinda Smith,
said term expiring on August 1, 2010.

MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Nikki Polychron Lawson, appointed to serve a term beginning immediately upon her
approval by the Little Rock Board of Directors and expiring on December 31, 2007.
LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
Debbie Shock, appointed to serve a four -year term (first), replacing Patrick Miller, said
term expiring on August 1, 2011.
CENTRAL ARKANSAS REGIONAL WATER COMMISSION
Tony Kendall (City of North Little Rock), reappointed to serve a full eight -year term
(first), said term expiring on June 30, 2014.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
