A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO BRING FORTH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
THE CHENAL PLANNING AND TRAFFIC TASK
FORCE.

WHEREAS, in 1995, the Chenal Planning and Traffic Task
Force was formed; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force met for six (6) months to
discuss the long -term planning and development needs for the
Chenal Corridor; and
WHEREAS, the Chenal Planning and Traffic Task Force
developed a series of recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby directs the
City Manager to bring forth the recommendations of the
Chenal Planning and Traffic Task Force, a status report on
the various proposals and staff comments.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors further directs the
City Manager to prepare ordinance amendments to implement
key task force recommendations for City Board consideration.
