RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR 4
BROADMOOR RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area
Improvement District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas, (the
"District ") recommend the appointments of Laura Newell, Eddy Morgan
and Elbert Binz as commissioners for the District.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District recommend the
reaffirmation of the appointment of Commissioners, Mike Witherell,
Keith Wren, Mike Thomas and Cal Wasson.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Laura Newell, Eddy Morgan and Elbert Binz
are hereby appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of
Broadmoor Recreation Area Improvement District No. 2 of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. That the appointment of Commissioners, Mike
Witherell, Keith Wren, Mike Thomas and Cal Wasson, are hereby
reaffirmed.

THIS RESOLUTION shall become effective upon its adoption and
approval.
