RESOLUTION NO. 12,516
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE ACTIVE NETWORK TO PROVIDE A CUSTOMER AND
DATA SOFTWARE AND HARDWARD PACKAGE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($185,000.00); AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department is in need of a qualified software
organization to provide services related to all aspects of customer and data management, and
WHEREAS, the requested services will be utilized at each community center, fitness center, senior
center, golf courses, tennis center, and the main administrative office within the department, and
WHEREAS, in response to the Request for Proposal, The Active Network submitted a proposal to
provide the required customer and data software and hardware package in an amount not to exceed
One Hundred Eighty -five Thousand Dollars ($185,000.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with The Active Network to
provide a customer and data software and hardware package for an amount not to exceed One
Hundred Eighty -five Thousand Dollars ($185,000.00).
Section 2. Funds for this expenditure are available through the City's Short -term Financing.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of
this resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with
any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
