A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR RICHARD A.
STEPHENS AND ASSOCIATES FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES ON THE NAPA VALLEY
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (HINSON TO ST. CHARLES); AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Napa Valley (Hinson To St. Charles) was selected for funding for a street
reconstruction project, and appraisal services are required as a part of the right -of -way acquisition
process, and
WHEREAS, Richard A. Stephens and Associates was selected for appraisal services under a
previous Request for Qualifications, and
WHEREAS, additional services are required to complete the appraisal process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract amendment with
Richard A. Stephens and Associates for appraisal services for the Napa Valley Street Construction
Project (Hinson to St. Charles) in an amount not to exceed $60,000.
Section 2. Funding for the project is available from Acct. 215- 220 -0647.
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
