RESOLUTION NO. 12,488
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO L.E.G. ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR
THE 2004 BOND PROJECT 1ST TEE AT UNIVERSITY SIGNAL INSTALLATION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the 2004 Bond Project 15T Tee at University Signal
Installation, Bid No.07 -215, and L.E.G. Enterprises, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and
responsible bid, in the amount of $185,739.26 ($168,853.88, plus 10% contingencies).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with L.E.G.
Enterprises, Inc. for construction of 1ST Tee at University Signal Installation, in the amount of
$185,739.26 ($168,853.88, plus 10% contingencies.
Section 2. Funding for the project is available from remaining balances in 2004 Bond project
account, not to exceed $125,000, with the balance being private contributions.
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
