3 A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT WRIGHT, LINDSEY Et JENNINGS LLP AS BOND
4 COUNSEL FOR THE PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS CAPITAL
5 IMPROVEMENT REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2007; (THE BONDS); AND
6 PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF

WHEREAS, it is necessary to have bond counsel to work with the City to perform legal work to
assure the issuance of Capital Improvement Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals from qualified firms to handle this work; and
WHEREAS, a professional services selection committee has evaluated the proposals received; and
WHEREAS, the committee has concluded that the law firm of Wright, Lindsey £t Jennings LLP is the
most qualified to handle the legal work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the firm of
Wright, Lindsey Et Jennings LLP to act as bond counsel for this bond issue.
