3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
4 EXECUTE DEEDS FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED VACANT LOTS
5 TO ROSE M. LODY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
7 WHEREAS, the City owns lots in the old Town of Mabelvale that are vacant and
8 excess property, and
9 WHEREAS, these lots must be maintained by the City.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the sale of
13 lots described as Lot's 8 & 9, Block 35, Town of Mabelvale, now in the City of Little
14 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
16 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid
17 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
18 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
19 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
20 resolution.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the
22 extent of such inconsistency.
