AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18,564 AND
REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED MILLER
SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 4454 -A) LOCATED AT 15122 CANTRELL
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PROPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 18,564 was passed on September 18, 2001
establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal of the
"PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning classification as previously existed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,564 is hereby repealed, removing from the
official zoning map the classification POD Planned Office District titled
form POD located at 15122 Cantrell Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Part of the Fractional NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
County, Arkansas more particularly described as: Beginning at
411.10 feet West of the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 01
21 degrees 52 minutes 38 seconds West, 250.81 feet to a point on the North
22 right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 10; thence Westerly along said
23 North right -of -way line the following bearings and distances: N 63
24 degrees 53 minutes 48 seconds West, 22.74 feet; N 85 degrees 47 minutes
25 57 seconds West, 76.74 feet; thence N 79 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds
26 West, 76.23 feet and N 72 degrees 01 minutes 19 seconds West, 63.73 feet;
27 thence N 01 degrees 03 minutes 03 seconds West, 215.0 feet to a point on

1 the North line of said NW i/4 NW 1/4; thence S 86 degrees 59 minutes 38
2 seconds East along said north line, 245.13 feet to the point of beginning,
3 containing 56,190 square feet or 1.289 acres more or less. (Bearings are
4 based on Arkansas State Plane Coordinates.)
5 be restored to R -2 as existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 18,564.
6 SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
7 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby
8 amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
9 provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
10 SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
11 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
12 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
13 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
14 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
15 ordinance.
16 SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same
17 that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
18 extent of such inconsistency.
19 SECTION 6. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors of the City of
20 Little Rock that there is immediate need to revoke the Miller Short -form POD; an
21 emergency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
22 take effect from and after its passage and approval.
