AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR
WILLOW SPRINGS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Donald Black, Sr. at
2807 Willow Springs Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be waived
for a proposed multiple residence site plan. The specific waiver is for widening
and improving Willow Springs Road.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication of 45' from centerline on Willow
Springs Road will be required as called for in the Master Street Plan.
Subsection c. Any future zoning actions, construction, or re- development of the
site will be subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
