CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO
WIDTH RATIO FOR SELECTED LOTS FOR THE AMY
RIDGE SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1417),
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LABETTE
DRIVE AND JOHN BARROW ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Amy Ridge Subdivision —
Preliminary Plat (S -1417) as follows:
Subsection A. That a variance is granted from the provision of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) to allow Lots 22 and 23 of the Amy Ridge Subdivision to develop with
an increased lot depth to width ratio.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
