AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR GOOCH DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Mike Stalcup at 15901
Taylor Loop Road, south east corner of Taylor Loop and Gooch Drive.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred
for five years from the effective date of this ordinance or until adjacent
development occurs. The specific waiver is for widening and improving Gooch
Drive.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication in accordance with the Master Street
Plan will be required with the final plat for the lots.
Subsection c. Improvements to Taylor Loop to a collector street standard will be
performed prior to final platting.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after bta•e
