BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That variances from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances are granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Madison Valley Subdivision — Revised Preliminary Plat (5- 1409 -A) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(d) to allow Lots 5 and 6 to develop as double frontage lots. Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 to allow Lots 2 — 44, 47 — 53, 72 — 77 and 82 - 83 to develop with a reduced front yard building line. Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) to allow Lots 45, 46, 71, 79 and 80 to develop with an increased lot depth to width ratio. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from gjL4 after its passage.
