AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z- 4336 -R — Described as the West 57 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1,
Fitzgerald Addition to the City of Little Rock; all of Block 2, Fitzgerald
Addition to the City of Little Rock; all of Block 3, Fitzgerald Addition to the
City of Little Rock; all of Block 4, Fitzgerald Addition to the City of Little
Rock, LESS AND EXCEPT a parcel in the SE corner of Lot 7 as described in
Quitclaim Deed 96 -79893 dated 11/19/96; the North 9 feet of Lot 8 and all of
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 12, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City of
Little Rock; and Lot 1, Block 409, Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little
Rock: From "R -4" Two Family District, "0-3" General Office District, "C -3"
General Commercial District and "1 -2" Light Industrial District to "0-2"
Office and Institutional District (at and in the vicinity of 1000 Bishop Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the
date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
