AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION AT 5112
AND 5114 WEST 33RD STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for construction of a storage
building at 5112 and 5114 West 33rd Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right -
of -way and construct boundary street improvements to the requirements of the
Master Street Plan be waived for the construction of a 2400 square foot building.
The specific deferral is for dedication of right -of -way to 30' from centerline of
33`d Street and construction of one half of a collector street with curb, gutter and
sidewalk.
Subsection b. The waiver will be in effect for this proposed construction only.
Any future zoning actions, construction, or re- development of the site will be
subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
passage.
