THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property
be changed from R -2 to PCD:
Tract No. 1 - Part of the east 1/3 of the NW '/4 NW '/4 of Section 8, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the northeast corner of the NW '/4 NW `/4 of said
Section 8; thence S00 °05'08 "E and along the east line thereof, a distance
of 1088.16 feet to a point on the north line of the Little Rock and Hot
Springs Highway (now Stagecoach Road); thence along said north line
S57 024'50 "W, 101.39 feet; thence leaving said north line of Stagecoach
Road, N18 °16'37 "W, 333.67 feet; thence S65 °51'31 "W, 247.46 feet;
thence north 921.40 feet to a point on the north line of said NW '/4 NW '/4;
thence N89 °12'26 "E, 414.30 feet to the point of beginning, containing
9.05 acres, more or less.
Tract No. 2 - Part of the NE '/4 NW '/4 of Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
commencing at a found iron pin for the southwest corner of the NE' /4 NW
'/4 of said Section 8; thence N00 °05'08 "W and along the west line of said
NE '/4 NW '/4, a distance of 196.50 feet to a point in the center of the Little
Rock and Hot Springs Highway (now Stagecoach Road) and the point of
beginning; thence continuing N00 °05'08 "W, 277.52 feet; thence
S32 024'56 "E, 234.50 feet to a point in the center of said Stagecoach Road;
thence along said center, S57 °35'04 "W, 148.42 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.40 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lock and
Load Business Center Long -form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan

approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until
the final approval of the plan.
SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
