VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED PLATTED
BUILDING LINE FOR THE VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON
PHASE XI - A SUBDIVISION — PRELIMINARY PLAT
(S- 1042 -EE), LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF WELLINGTON VILLAGE ROAD AND WELLINGTON
VILLAGE DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Villages of Wellington
Phase XI — A Subdivision — Preliminary Plat (S- 1042 -EE) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -256 to allow Lots 2 26, Block 19, Lots 1 — 19 Block 20 of the Villages of
Wellington XI - A Subdivision to develop with a reduced platted building line.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 256(1) to allow Lots 8 - 11 Block 18, Lot 1 and Lots 27 — 30 Block 19, and
Lots 1 and 19 Block 20 of the Villages of Wellington XI - A Subdivision to develop with
a reduced platted building line adjacent to a collector street.
Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) to allow Lots 10 — 13, Lots 15— 17 and Lots 25 - 26 Block 19 of the
Villages of Wellington XI - B Subdivision to develop with an increased depth to width
ratio.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
