BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 6957 -A — Described as part of the NE' /4 of Section 21, T -I -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas lying South of Colonel Glenn Road and East of Interstate Highway 430, being more particularly described as: Commencing at the NW comer of the East 'h NE 1/4 of Section 21; thence SO1 °38'35" West 761.83 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 13 °59'32" East, 43.35 feet; thence N76 °02'39" East, 282.36 feet; thence N68 °28' 19" East, 87.16 feet; thence S88 °55' 12" East 213.65 feet; thence SO °38'35" West, 176.82 feet; to a curve to the right having a radius of 750.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S18 °17'47" West, 429.87 feet; thence S34 °56'59" West, 631.45 feet; thence N55 °03'01" West, 125.72 feet; thence N75 °10'46" West, 372.78 feet; thence N29 °24'51" East 683.72 feet; thence N 13 °59'32" East, 207.53 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 13.23 acres more or less: From "C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District (Southeast corner of Colonel Glenn Road and Interstate 430). SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer.
