FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
indicated:
Z- 6599 -A — Described as a tract of land situated in the South '/z of Section 5, T -1 -S, R-
13-W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at a fence corner being the SE corner of said SE %4 SW '/4; thence
N88'3 1'56"W along the South line of said Section 5, for a distance of 94.08 feet; thence
NO1 °28'04" East 142.83 feet to a %" rebar and the Point of Beginning on the North
Right -of -Way (ROW) of Otter Creek Road as shown on AHTD Job 60513; thence
N07'29'23" East 498.23 feet to the South line of Southwestern Bell Property; thence
S88'41'26" East along the South Property line of Southwestern Bell 126.89 feet to a
found 3/8" rebar and the West line of Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation Property;
thence leaving Southwestern Bell South Property Line SOO °02'48" East along the West
line of Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation 488.32 feet to a %" rebar and the North
ROW line of Otter Creek Road; thence 589'09'29" West along last said ROW 167.25
feet to a Nail in Bottle Cap; thence S89'17'23" West along said ROW 24.98 feet to a' /2"
rebar and the Point of Beginning; and containing 1.799 acres (78,360 S.F.) more or less:
From "R -2" Single Family Residential to
"C -3" General Commercial District. (North side of Otter Creek Road, approximately 450
feet east of Stagecoach Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in
full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally
a part of the ordinance.
