AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18,077,
REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED
GYST AUTO SHINE SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z -6639) AND
APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT TITLED GYST AUTO SHINE REVISED
SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 6639 -A) LOCATED AT 2200
WRIGHT AVENUE,. IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING'THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 18,077 was passed on August 3, 1999 establishing a
planned zoning district titled Gyst Auto Shine Short-form PD -C; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal of the
" PZD" ordinance and approval of a revised PD -C.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,077 is hereby repealed, removing from the
official zoning map the classification PD -C — Planned Development Commercial titled
Gyst Auto Shine Short-form PD -C located at 2200 Wright Avenue.
SECTION 2. That the zoning of property described as Lot 13, Block 21
Greenhaw Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby restored to R -3, Single -
family as previously existed.
SECTION 3. That the following described property is hereby zoned PD -C:
Lot 11 and 12, Block 21 Greenhaw Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Gyst
Auto Shine Revised Short -form PD -C is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of

SECTION 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code��lOfQivarides -r

SECTION 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until
the final approval of the plan.
SECTION 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 9. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
