AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN (15,519 and 18,055) MODIFYING THE STREET
CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE CHENAL AREA TO
REMOVE PART OF A COLLECTOR; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, City Staff recommends the Master Street Plan be modified in the area,
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to
amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Collector for an extension of Chenal Valley Drive from
Rattling Road south to the extension of Champlin Drive /Wellington Hills Road be
removed from the Plan.
SECTION 2. That "Section 4; Functional Classification of Street System" be
amended as follows:
Collectors
Remove — Unnamed from Rahling Road to Wellington Village Road
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
after its passage and approval.
