AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed
as indicated:
Z -7400 — Described as part of the NE %4 of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
Beginning at the NE corner of the SW '/4 NE' /4, said Section 36; thence
S02 °00'36" West along the East line of said SW '/4 NE %4, 366.44 feet; thence
S49 °47'56" West, 350.79 feet; thence S79 °01'36" West, 398.73 feet; thence
NO3 °52'28" East, 211.49 feet; thence N36 °36'38" West, 198.56 feet; thence
N49 °46'21" West, 194.21 feet; thence N00 °37'09" East, 395.82 feet to a point on
the South right -of -way line of Rahling Road; thence N80 °10'44" East along said
South right -of -way line, 117.00 feet; thence Northeasterly continuing along said
South right -of -way line being the arc of a 999.93 foot radius curve to the left, a
chord bearing and distance of N72'41'25" East, 260.64 feet; thence N65 °12'07"
East continuing along said South right -of -way line, 370.47 feet; thence
S24 °47'53" East, 524.31 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 16.7847 acres
more or less: From "0-2" Office and Institutional District to "MF -18"
Multifamily District (south side of Rahling Road at Chenal Valley Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date
of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such °� CfRCGao

captioned Zoning Application,
A decision was made to not oppose the application as filed.
There are several Things we question however we feel that the market is
