T R CIRCU!T/"UTY TY CLERK AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW LOTS WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE, A VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS FOR THE HICKORY GROVE SUBDIVISION — PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1135 -C), LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF HINSON ROAD JUST SOUTH OF THE PEBBLE BEACH WOODS SUBDIVISION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Hickory Grove Subdivision — Preliminary Plat (S -I 135 -C) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 to allow Lots 2 — 16, 33 — 46 and 48 - 61 of the Hickory Grove Road Subdivision to develop without public street frontage. Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provision of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) to allow Lots 63 and 69 - 79 to develop with an increased depth to width ratio. Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provision of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(d) to allow Lots 17 — 32 to develop as double frontage lots. SECTION 2.
