AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR ALEXANDER ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Wilbert Burial Vault company at 12705
Alexander Road:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct boundary street
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for a period of five
years from the effective date of this ordinance, or until adjacent development occurs. The
specific deferral is for adding an additional one and one -half lanes on Alexander Road to meet
minor arterial standards.
Subsection b. In accordance with the Master Street Plan, a dedication of right -of -way to 45
feet from the centerline of Alexander Road is required.
SECTION 2. This ORDNANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
