CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR FRAZIER PIKE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the proposed expansion of Vinyl Building
Products 8801 Frazier Pike:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct boundary street
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for a period of five
years from the effective date of this ordinance, or until adjacent development occurs. The
specific deferral is for adding an additional lane on Frazier Pike to meet arterial standards and
dedicating right -of -way.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
